G-Teck has been doing our best to satisfy different kinds of requirements from global clients. some clients choose bulk packing (jombo bags, tons' packing or flexi bags), while some other prefers small package( 1kg, 1L etc.) in general, the packaging we have done have listed as following:
Some special clients requires to use bottle to carry material, that is workable with us. Although outside packing is very import, and it indeed has very important market influence. the inside material is the coal part, especially organic input materials.
Formula Stable Test Should Be Done !
Meanwhile, the formula itself for the content should be talked about first. such as the crops it is going to be used for. For example, tobacco leaves and cannabis sativa which should be avoided with chloride; some skin kind of fruits such as banana, grapes Ca2+ should be considered at the same level as macro elements.
Water condition of the input area should also be considered, if the water is hard( contains Ca2+ and Mg2+) , precipitation reaction may happen, which must be highly paid attention to. especially for some humic acid based formula.
Production Lines Show:
We have 10 spray drying towers, the capacity could be reach to 300~500 Mt per month, when peak season comes with full energy operation, the capacity could be reached to 700Mt per month.
