But in 80% total free amino acid, its 80% amino acid content is all free amino acid. fermentation technology is used for 80% enzymolysis Amino Acid, so it is total organic, the content of organic nitrogen is around 13.5%.Its upgraded level Soy protein 95 could reach to N:14~16%.
In general, normal amino acid comes from sulfuric acid hydrolysis and destroys macro molecular structure of amino acids, which makes amino acids existing in small molecular structure, so the content of free amino acid is high, such as 80% total free amino acid.
