General Information of Humic Acid
1. Humic acid extracted from natural high grade Leonardite.
2. It used alone or combined with Nitrogen and Phosphorus in irrigation in all agricultural and horticultural plants.
Humic Acid is black glossy flakes, powders and crystals with high water solubility and resistance to hard water. Non-toxic and harmless, suitable for green agriculture, suitable for organic agriculture. Humic acid has the following effects:
1. Improve the soil
Humic acid interacts with calcium ions in the soil to form flocculent precipitated gel, which can cement the soil together, increase the adsorption capacity of soil particles for water and nutrients, and it could also increase the soil void, so as to improve the soil water and fertilizer retention capacity.
2. Effect of humic acid on crop yield and quality
The experiment showed that compared with the application of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer or chemical fertilizer, the application of humic acid can increase the yield of grain and oil crops by 8% ~ 20%, and increase the yield of melons, fruits, vegetables and cash crops by 15% ~ 35%. This is inseparable from the synergistic effect of humic acid on fertilizer and soil improvement.
3. Synergistic effect on potassium fertilizer
The functional groups in humic acid can also absorb and store potassium ions, which can not only prevent the loss of potassium ions in sandy soil with water, but also prevent the fixation of potassium in cohesive soil, and can improve the utilization rate of potassium fertilizer by about 5%
4. Increase crop quality
Our humic acid contains 10%-12% potassium. The nutritional effect of potassium can improve the intensity of photosynthesis, promote the formation of starch and sugar in crops, enhance the stress resistance and disease resistance of crops, and improve the absorption and utilization of nitrogen by crops.
