4, Process Designing
Cultivated by hydroponics, 24 mung bean sprouts were planted in each pot, and 20 plants with moderate growth were selected for data measurement.
5, Process Details and Datas
Green Beans Treating:
Day 1:
Soaking time: After soaking for 10 hours, drain and germinate at room temperature
Day 3:
Hydroponic time: Select bean sprouts with a root length of about 2 cm and good growth to start hydroponics and start observing records
Day 15:
The clear water control group began to wilt leaves;
Day 16:
40% of the leaves of the Shimizu control group began to wilt, ending this experiment;

6, Experimental Result Collection
N-Acetyl D-Glucosamine 500ppm, 1000ppm, 5000ppm obviously inhibited growth, and the measurement data were meaningless and have been rejected.
Twenty plants were taken in each group to measure leaf wet weight, stem wet weight, root wet weight, stem length and root length:

7, Analysis and discussion of results
N-Acetyl D-Glucosamine can obviously promote the growth of mung bean seedlings, acetylaminose pure product promotes the growth range of 10ppm-1000ppm.
Thus the dosage should be:1:1000~100 000
Leaf size is an important criterion for reflecting the growth status of seedlings, and compared with leaf wet weight, acetylaminose pure 50ppm concentration leaves are the best, and the weight gain is 50.55% compared with CK.
The overall growth of the overall wet weight reaction seedlings was the largest growth in acetylaminose pure product at 50ppm concentration, which was 25.06% higher than that of CK.
Comprehensive analysis of the growth of mung bean seedlings, the optimal concentration of acetylaminose pure product to promote growth was 50ppm;
Thus the recommanded dosage should be: 1:20 000.
