Cultivated by hydroponics, 24 mung bean sprouts were planted in each pot, and 20 plants with moderate growth were selected for data measurement.

Green Beans Treating:
Day 1:
Soaking time: After soaking for 10 hours, drain and germinate at room temperature;

Experimental result collection:
High concentrated Liquid of N-Acetyl D-Glucosamine50ppm-500ppm can obviously inhibited growth, and the measurement data were meaningless and have been rejected.
Twenty plants were taken in each group to measure leaf wet weight, stem wet weight, root wet weight, stem length and root length.
Analysis and discussion of results
Acetylaminose concentrate 2500ppm and 5000ppm obviously inhibited growth, the measurement data was meaningless, the growth was obviously inhibited, and the measurement data was meaningless, all of which have been removed.

Acetylaminose concentrate 250ppm concentration leaf is the best, compared with CK weight gain of 55.96%.The data conclusion is consistent with the visual observation, acetylaminose concentrate 250ppm concentration leaves have the best leaf growth, thick leaves, and thick green leaf color.
Overall wet weight reaction overall growth of seedlings. The 500ppm concentration of acetylaminose concentrate had the largest growth rate, and the weight gain was 31.92% compared with CK.
Comprehensive analysis of the growth of mung bean seedlings, the optimal concentration of acetylaminose concentrate to promote growth was 250-500ppm.
